had to suck on the gastric pills so powdery so gross argghhh its supposed to take effect faster tat way ..... even lie dwn oso very uncomfortable in the end i fell aslp half sitting half lyin dwn on my bed....guess i got tooooooo tired trying to endure the unBearable PAIN,
woke up very early ard 8plus then mumi bought mi sum porridge , din reali have the appetite but was sssooooo terribly afraid of the gastric pains so managed to dwn abt 1/3 of it!
